The Sustainable Technology Education Project (STEP) aims to increase young people's awareness of sustainable technology, enabling them to recognise the economic and environmental impacts of the technology they choose.
STEP is mainly geared towards design & technology teachers in the UK who are looking for ways of encouraging students to think about sustainability in their work. However, other teachers, who want to raise the issue of whether lifestyles are sustainable will also find it helpful.
